HOW IT WORKS:
INITIAL CONSULTATION
- We'll start with an initial consultation to establish your goals and expectations for change.
- Together we'll create an individual and evidence-based plan, and establish what kind of approach we think will align best with your goals.
WORKING TOGETHER
- Our sessions will be collaborative and value-focussed.
- Sessions are typically 30 or 60 minutes, with longer golf therapy sessions available by prior agreement.
- We can offer online sessions where appropriate and as alternatives to bad weather.
REVIEW & ADAPT
- The most effective kind of therapy and coaching is the kind that is responsive and adaptable.
- We will regularly review our work together, ensuring our goals and expectations are aligned.
